Have you ever lost or damaged your certificates? Being more mindful in everything is one of the best ways to stop losing things. I think it will be like a a nightmare for everyone if you loose something valuable. I often feel obsessed when I take certificates with me, I check it hundred times before I get back to home, I can't think of the formalities I have to go through for getting a duplicate one.
Procedure to get a duplicate mark list from KNMC
If you are in need of a duplicate mark list from KNMC, you can follow the instructions given in the site. The same I have noted down, thinking it can be useful for someone in some point of time in their life.
Documents required to apply for a duplicate mark list
- An application letter addressing " The Registrar " mentioning that you lost the certificates and there is no way to be found. The application should include your e- mail id and telephone number for contact.
- An affidavit made by the notary on a 200 rupees stamp paper mentioning the loss of your certificate.
- A copy of your KNMC registration if available.
- If you are not registered under KNMC, attach an application by the Principal from your institute.
- A copy of your S.S.L.C certificate.
- A fee of 100 rupees for each certificate, can be transferred to the given account through NEFT /RTGS transactions. Bank details as below.

- Please mention the Amount, Date and UTR number for transaction in the application letter.
