Procedure to apply for Delhi Nursing Council Registration

Documents Needed for Delhi Nursing Council Registration To get registered with Delhi Nursing Council, you must produce a set of certificates which you have to submit in the council. Along with filled application form you must  include duly attested photocopies of, 3 recent Passport size photos with white back ground, one should be attached to the form. One photograph should be attested by the employer or Nursing superintendent.  10th and 12th class with mark lists. Diploma or Degree mark lists Diploma or Degree Certificates Registration Certificates from other nursing councils if available Address proof of Nursing Institution you have completed your Nursing Any renewal of registration with other council Marriage certificate/Voter ID/affidavit on stamp paper worth Rs. 20 /- attested by Notary Proof of employment in Delhi ( ID card, Appointment letter etc.) Additional photocopy of registration certificate with parent nursing council Fee for registration/re- registration as applicable. Delhi Nursing Council will verify the documents with the parent nursing council and college of nursing from where you have obtained the qualification.
