KSNC ( Karnatka State Nursing Council ) has started with online application for registration and good standing certificate since 2018. The procedure is comparatively easy if you have already registered online. If not, don't worry it won't take much time to create a log in. Click on the Link to go to KSNC site.
Click on the blue area mentioned for new registration, you will be directed to the next window as given below
After entering the mandatory requirements click register to complete the process. Once you log in you will be asked to change your password, change it.
Update your profile by editing the information. This includes your personal information, contact details and educational information. Previously there was a session for " Documents" its not showing now and as per one source the document is uploaded only by the KSNC staff. ( I will update it later).
Click on the payment in the menu bar and follow the instructions to complete the process. Click on "good standing certificate" for international verification. You can complete the payment through debit card or internet banking. Please go through the sceen shots to have an idea.
After the completion of payment go to the Receipt section in the menu bar and note down the receipt number and date. Take a screenshot of the page or get a photo of the page in your mobile for proof.
After completing the process send an e mail to customerserviceksnc@gmail.com addressing The Registrar. Mention the name and full postal address of the facility to GSC / Foreign verification certificate to be send. Remember to attach copies of personal information page, contact information page and payment receipt.
Upon receipt of your mail, ksnc will revert back to you with intimation.
Please note that as of this writing , the ksnc website is not very user friendly , and worse many times shows errors and what not. Hope the concerned authority will review the website and make the needed modifications.
