If you happened to loss your registration or diploma certificate, don't worry you can get a new one by applying to the concerned nursing council.
Update: MNC has introduced online application system for various services like nursing registration, renewal of registration, duplicate certificate , foreign verification and many other.
To apply for a duplicate registration certificate you should log in to the site. If you do not have an ID and password then go to registration and click on find UID, username and Password this will help to create a log in with your registration number, date of registration and e-mail id.
Once you submit the details, the user name and password will be delivered in your inbox. so make sure you are giving an active e-mail account. You should change your password to activate the application link. The same log in can be used for various services under MNC like" Good standing certificate/Foreign verification, NOC, Registration Renewal etc:-."
You need to attach affidavits stating that you lost the certificates, please click on the link to go to the sample form. Form1 and Form 2
After completing the application and payment ( Rs. 900/-) visit the council on your scheduled appointment date.
