NORKA Attestation for Overseas Jobs for Nurses : Procedure


NORKA ATTESTATION FOR NURSES....


NORKA stands for Non Resident Keralites Affairs.  It is a department of the Government of Kerala, which is established in the year 1996 to address the problems of NRKs ( Non residents of Kerala). In short NORKA act as a link between NRKs and Kerala Government.

NORKA provides support to NRKs in adressing theier problems, fight for  their rights and even rehabilitate the returnees by providing employment or financial assistance to maintain a revenue by doing small scale projects.

NORKA Attestation Centers in Kerala

There are 3 NORKA - Roots attestation centers in Kerala

1. Thiruvanathapuram
2. Ernakulam
3. Kozhikode

Certificates need to  attested by NORKA  For Nurses


1. S.S.L.C
2. Higher Secondary / PDC
3. Nursing Degree or Diploma Certificates
4. Nursing Registration Certificates.

PROCEDURE FOR NORKA ATTESTATION FOR NURSES.


To do NORKA attestation you should apply through online, (link http://202.88.244.2/norka/ ) where each applicant will be given an application ID. As you do the online application, you  will be asked to choose an appointment date in NORKA office for certificate verification. On the day of appointment you can visit the agency with needed documents and they will guide you in the process. Remember to take all original certificates with a set of photocopy, a print out of your online application and the original passport. ( copy of mark lists also required)

After attestation you will get back your certificates from NORKA Office on the same day. If you wish to do any Embassy attestation, NORKA will do it for you on a prescribed fee.

NOTE - NORKA Kerala will not attest Certificates which is awarded by other states. For that you should approach the concerned agency in the specific state.
